Our expertise proudly extends to our Future Group Independent Hospitality Brands across to Luxury Offerings of Tailor-Made Guest Experiences. Our Hospitality Management Teams work in collaboration with our Hotel & Villa Operations teams, developing a bespoke management approach for each establishment. Hotel & Villa Operations

People & Recruitment

Property Management
Our Facility Management teams oversee all planned and reactive maintenance, ensuring Hotels & Villas are kept in first-class condition and Property Management issues are dealt with promptly to minimize guest impact. We keep constant communications with external project managers, designers, constructors and diligent with the tracking process of om-going repairs. Our owners benefit from a Facility and Maintenance team that is agile, accountable, responsive, and results driven.    

Sales Management
Focusing on key accounts, leisure, associations and M&E business, we motivate and lead the on-property sales teams whilst driving tour operator brands to deliver exposure for our Hotels & Villas. With regular hotel review visits and innovative sales lead referral partnerships, the Sales Team focuses on driving commercial results for each Future Group Hospitality Brands. Our seasoned team of professionals sets us apart by infusing their expertise into every facet of our Hospitality Operations. We value innovation, consistently seeking fresh approaches and ideas to remain agile and engaged.

Hospitality Marketing
The beating heart of the commercial team, our Marketing Team manage everything from email communications and PR to our property online presence to drive direct bookings to each brand, differentiating Future Group from the competition. They’re crucial in generating new business and maintaining existing customers – all supported by every department of Future Group. In addition to Local Marketing, we manage the successful launch of Hospitality Re-Brands and Company-Banded marketing activities. We reach our target markets in a variety of ways, including through extensive Sales & Marketing programs, partnerships with media and industry suppliers, networking and events, industry trade-shows, public relations, and above all, extensive digital marketing.

Revenue Optimization
The Revenue Management experts lead revenue strategy to ensure we’re always maximizing opportunities and providing complete process and procedural compliance. Our process of strategically using performance data, local market data, competitor rates, and other applied analytics to predict consumer demand and optimize pricing and distribution in a way that maximizes revenue and profits.Conversant with all major PMS and RMS systems and using state of the art reporting tools, we support our team with accurate, timely and data driven actions to make the best-informed decisions, maximizing occupancy levels and driving profitability for every individual Future Group Brand.

Restaurant & Bars
